Repligen Reports Q3 2026 Net Loss as Revenue Rises

Repligen Corporation announced its financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2026, reporting $209 million in revenue, which represents an 11% year-over-year increase as reported and 12.5% organic growth. The company also confirmed the completion of its acquisition of BioLife Solutions, a move intended to strengthen its position in the cell therapy market. Driven by strong performance and the integration of the new acquisition, Repligen raised its full-year 2026 revenue guidance to a range of $844 million to $852 million, reflecting projected growth of 14.5% to 15.5%. Management noted that end-market demand is improving, with healthy trends in consumables and services alongside a growing capital equipment order book.
