McConnell Says Russian Diesel Deal Will Do Little to Lower Prices

Sen. Mitch McConnell said the proposed Russian diesel imports would do little to lower prices and criticized President Donald Trump’s approach to Russia’s war in Ukraine. The first shipment, 40,000 metric tons, was loaded Thursday and was expected to reach New York on Nov. 7, Reuters shipping data indicated.
