Philippines Raises Corn Import Quota to 500,000 Tons

Philippine President Ferdinand Marcos Jr has signed an order to raise the amount of corn that can be imported at a lower tariff rate from 220,000 metric tons to 500,000 metric tons, in a bid to address supply shortages and stabilise prices.
