Rambus Reports Q3 Revenue of $218.3 Million, Provides Q4 Outlook

Rambus Inc. announced its financial results for the third quarter of 2026, reporting revenue of $218.3 million, which surpassed the FactSet consensus estimate of $213.2 million. The company achieved a non-GAAP adjusted earnings per share (EPS) of $0.84 for the quarter. Looking ahead to the fourth quarter, Rambus provided guidance expecting revenue in the range of $227.0 million to $233.0 million and non-GAAP adjusted EPS between $0.84 and $0.92.
CEO Luc Seraphin attributed the strong performance to record customer demand in data center infrastructure and AI applications, noting that the company continues to expand its product and IP offerings to meet growing performance requirements.
