Elevra Lithium Completes $71 Million Cash Sale of Ewoyaa Project Stake

Elevra sold all rights and interests in Ghana’s Ewoyaa Lithium Project to Huayou following Ghanaian approvals. The deal removes Elevra’s funding commitments for the project and includes offtake rights.
