Warner Bros. Discovery extends notes tender and exchange offers to July 15th
Expiration dates extended to 17:00 New York City time on July 15th; settlement dates are expected promptly after expiration and currently anticipated in Q3 2026. - Offers cover eligible notes issued by Discovery Global Holdings and Discovery Communications; Paramount expects to extend the offers to align settlement with the closing date of its proposed acquisition of Warner Bros.
Discovery or within one business day thereof. - As of 17:00 New York City time on June 25th, about 24.38% of Existing Tender Offer Notes and 44.27% of Existing Exchange Offer Notes had been validly tendered.
