China Auto Makers Gain

Chinese automakers captured 11% of new car sales in Europe in May, crossing 1 in 10 for the first time.

Hybrid and plug-in hybrid models drove the gains, with Chinese brands taking nearly a quarter of Europe's hybrid sales while also growing share in EVs.
