The CAC 40 Index Closes 0.49% Lower

The CAC 40 Index decreased 38 points or 0.49 percent on Friday to close at 7773 points. The decline was led by Kering (-15.97%), Safran (-10.35%) and Stellantis NV (-6.24%). On the upside, the strongest performers were L'Oréal (5.40%), TotalEnergies SE (4.69%) and Essilor (2.91%).
