TapTravel has launched written procedures seeking amendments to its Senior and Super Senior Bonds in connection with a planned share issue expected to raise SEK 50—87M. Ridge Capital has agreed to subscribe for at least SEK 50M, subject to conditions. If the company does not raise ≥SEK 50M by Mar 31, 2027, a default will be triggered.
