Zai Lab Reports 81.8% ORR in First-Line ES-SCLC Study
Zoci 1.6 mg/kg plus atezolizumab showed a confirmed 81.8% ORR (27/33) and an estimated 6-month PFS rate of 81.9%; related Grade >3 adverse events were 9.1%. A global randomized Phase 3 study is expected to start by year-end 2026.
In first-line ES-SCLC, Zai Lab reported a confirmed ORR of 81.8% (27/33) with zoci 1.6 mg/kg plus atezolizumab. The estimated 6-month PFS rate was 81.9%, and Grade >3 AEs related to zoci were reported in 9.1% of cases. A global randomized Phase 3 study is expected to begin by year-end 2026.
