Asian cash markets finished mixed: the Nikkei 225 closed down 0.34 percent, the Hang Seng closed up 0.8 percent, the Shanghai Composite closed up 0.89 percent, the KOSPI closed up 0.3 percent and the ASX 200 closed up 0.02 percent. Asian volume leaders were Xiaomi up 4.11 percent, Alibaba up 0.67 percent, Meituan up 0.84 percent, Tencent up 1.15 percent and SoftBank Group down 0.67 percent.
