US Justice Department requests appeals court to step in over 20,000 California mail-in ballots dispute -court filing

The US Justice Department asked an appeals court to intervene on Thursday in its lawsuit seeking to temporarily block California from counting more than 20,000 mail-in ballots from voters the Trump administration alleges are likely not US citizens.
