Mineralys Reports Phase 3 Hypertension Data, Including 52% UACR Reduction
Launch-HTN data showed placebo-adjusted systolic blood pressure reductions of 9.6 mmHg in patients with CKD and 12.2 mmHg in those without CKD at week 12. UACR fell 52% versus placebo in the CKD group. FDA review for hypertension is underway, with a PDUFA date of Dec. 22, 2026.
