Robert Half Inc. posted third-quarter 2026 net income of $50 million, equal to $0.49 per share. In the same period a year earlier, net income was $43 million, or $0.43 per share. Revenue totaled $1.359 billion, versus $1.354 billion in the third quarter of 2025.
CEO M. Keith Waddell said global enterprise earnings came in above the midpoint of the company’s third-quarter guidance. Talent solutions also returned to year-over-year revenue growth for the first time since 2022. The company said improving hiring activity and market conditions contributed to its performance.
