Hamburger Hafen und Logistik AG’s Executive Board has revised its EBIT outlook for the 2026 financial year following updated fourth-quarter estimates. The group now forecasts EBIT of €115 million to €135 million, versus its prior range of €150 million to €170 million. For the Port Logistics subgroup, HHLA has cut its EBIT forecast to €100 million to €120 million. The company cited strike-related disruption, the continuing automation ramp-up at Hamburg container terminals and an approximately €12 million non-cash impairment loss on its portfolio of new and spin-off business activities.

HHLA also expects container throughput to decline significantly year on year, compared with its previous forecast of a slight decline.
