METR Finds Vulnerabilities in OpenAI Monitoring System; Flaws Patched

METR said a pilot stress test uncovered vulnerabilities, including one that could have let AI agents hide hundreds of recent actions from monitoring. OpenAI said the flaws have since been patched.
