FDJ United Lowers 2026 Outlook After Q3 Revenue Falls 8.1%

FDJ United now expects a mid-single-digit decline in 2026 revenue, versus its previous low-single-digit decline outlook, and an approximately 23% current EBITDA margin, down from 23%–24%. Q3 revenue fell 8.1% year over year.

FDJ United cut its 2026 financial outlook, forecasting a mid-single-digit drop in annual revenue rather than the previously expected low-single-digit decline. It now projects a current EBITDA margin of about 23%, compared with its earlier guidance range of 23% to 24%. The revision follows an 8.1% year-over-year fall in third-quarter revenue to 794 million euros. Management cited difficult economic conditions, lower foot traffic at retail points of sale and higher tax burdens.

The company said it is stepping up its performance plan and optimizing resource allocation to tackle these headwinds.
