Eternal to Swap Adonmo Stake for 5.4% of MyGate in ₹156-Crore Deal
Eternal is set to acquire a 5.4% stake in MyGate in a share swap valued at approximately ₹156 crore, transferring its entire Adonmo shareholding to Vivish Technologies.
