EU Investigates Booking.com Over Fraudulent Listings and Phishing
The European Commission said it will investigate whether Booking.com is doing enough to address fraudulent listings and phishing scams under EU online content rules.
EU technology regulators will examine whether Booking.com is taking adequate steps to remove fraudulent listings and phishing scams, and whether it complies with the bloc’s online content rules, the European Commission said on Wednesday.
