IHG Repurchases Shares for Cancellation

InterContinental Hotels Group said it repurchased ordinary shares on Oct. 20 via Goldman Sachs International on the LSE and intends to cancel them. After the transaction, 147,033,538 shares were in issue, excluding 5,431,782 held in treasury.
