Duos Technologies Group, Inc. has signed a colocation agreement with a 10-year term and 20 MW of capacity, valued at over $400M. Deployment is expected in Q2 2027. The company is also under contract or in negotiations for approximately 100 MW of powered land zoned for data centers.
Approximately 25 MW is under contract, while approximately 75 MW remains under negotiation.
