Tuckanarra JV Partner Seeks Injunction Over Manager Appointment

Monument Mining says its Tuckanarra joint-venture partner sought an injunction to block a meeting to appoint a replacement manager at the Tuckanarra Gold Project. The parties agreed to interim arrangements and an expedited timetable.
