SPIE issued a €500M 5.5-year sustainability-linked bond at 4.875% and used the proceeds to redeem its 2028 ORNANEs. Remaining notes converted into 3,365,843 shares, bringing total dilution to 2.0%; liquidity now exceeds €1.5B.
