ClimateRock Amends GreenRock Merger, Removes TEP Condition and Earnout

ClimateRock amended its merger agreement with GreenRock, removing TEP Renewables’ acquisition as a closing condition and eliminating the earnout escrow. The amendment extends the outside date to March 31, 2027, from an unspecified prior date.
