Maire's Nextchem to Buy MEAB Companies for Up to €8 Million

Maire said its Nextchem unit signed binding agreements to acquire Sweden's MEAB AB and Germany's MEAB GmbH for a maximum €8 million. The deal is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026.
