CIBC to Issue $1.0 Billion of NVCC Limited Recourse Capital Notes

CIBC announced a domestic public offering of $1.0 billion in notes at 6.631% until Nov. 28, 2031, then five-year GoC plus 2.970%. The notes mature Nov. 28, 2086, with closing expected Oct. 28, 2026; proceeds are for general corporate purposes.
