Mijem Newcomm Tech announced a non-brokered private placement of up to 6.0 million units at $0.05 each, for proceeds of up to $300,000. Each unit includes one share and a 36-month $0.05 warrant; warrant issuance requires shareholder approval, or the warrants will be cancelled.
