California Existing Home Sales Fell 3.4% in September

Sales of existing single-family homes totaled a seasonally adjusted 260,410, down 3.4% from August and 6.5% from a year earlier, the California Association of Realtors said. The median price fell to $899,720 from $901,420 in August.
