BofA Upgrades Dow to Neutral, Raises Price Target to $31

BofA Securities upgraded Dow from Underperform to Neutral and raised its price target from $29 to $31, citing improved earnings stability. Analyst Matthew DeYoe also raised his 2026 EBITDA estimate from $6.053 billion to $6.187 billion.
