Moody’s Upgrades Clear Channel Rating to B3, Outlook Stable

Moody’s Ratings raised Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings’ Corporate Family Rating to B3 from Caa1 and its Probability of Default Rating to B3-PD from Caa1-PD. It lowered the existing senior secured notes and Term Loan B to B3 from B2.
