IREN CEO cites sold-out 2026 capacity and doubled contract pricing

IREN’s CEO said 2026 capacity is largely sold out and pricing on recent contracts has more than doubled year over year. Customer prepayments cover 45–55% of GPU costs on recent deals; prepayments and financing cover 96% on the Microsoft contract.
