Arabica coffee futures hit one-month high as Brazil currency strengthens
ICE arabica coffee futures rose 3% to $3.1460 per pound at 1510 GMT, after gaining 6.5% last week. Low exchange stocks and a stronger Brazilian currency were cited.
Arabica coffee futures on ICE reached a new one-month high on Monday, supported by critically low exchange stocks and a strengthening Brazilian currency. Sugar and cocoa prices fell. ICE US Arabica coffee rose 3% to $3.1460 per lb at 1510 GMT, after gaining 6.5% last week.
