India Probes Pernod Ricard and Diageo Scotch Imports Under Trade Pact

Indian tax officials are investigating whether the companies wrongly classified some bulk Scotch imports to pay lower tariffs under the India-UK trade pact, five industry sources familiar with the matter said.
