Raketech Settles Casumba Earnout for €8.2M vs €20.3M Payable

Raketech agreed to settle the remaining Casumba earnout for €8.2 million, compared with approximately €20.3 million payable. It will fund the settlement with a €5.5 million Bank of Valletta loan and €2.7 million in cash.
