Novavax Shareholder Sells $32.6 Million in Stock, Ends Activist Push

Shah Capital disclosed selling 2.87 million Novavax shares for approximately $32.6 million and said it no longer intends to influence the company's control. The investor retains about 10.66 million shares, or 6.46% of Novavax.
