Steel Partners Sets October 30 Expiration for InMode Offer

Steel Partners says its $16.75-per-share cash proposal to acquire up to 100% of InMode remains outstanding and will expire October 30, 2026. The shareholder says InMode has not provided diligence materials and criticizes the board’s handling of the proposal.
