Novo Nordisk Updates DKK 15 Billion Share Buyback Programme

The programme targets up to DKK 15 billion over 12 months from 4 February 2026. By 16 October 2026, Novo Nordisk had repurchased 39,074,179 B shares for DKK 10.88 billion at an average DKK 278.32 and held 1.2% of its share capital as treasury shares.
