Carrefour to Buy Codifrance in €152 Million Cash Deal

Colruyt Group, the Belgian owner of Codifrance, confirmed it has accepted a binding cash offer from Carrefour after the two companies held exclusive talks. Colruyt said the sale would enable Codifrance, a major distributor to French convenience stores, to fully realise its growth potential.
