Takeda said Phase 4 VERDICT data showed ENTYVIO treat-to-target disease clearance prolonged time to a first ulcerative colitis-related complication versus symptomatic remission alone (HR 0.33; 95% CI 0.17–0.67; P=0.0014). Safety was consistent with prior data.
