Carrefour to Buy Codifrance for €152 Million
Carrefour said it has signed a deal with Colruyt to acquire Codifrance, a specialist in affiliation and convenience food distribution, for an enterprise value of €152 million.
EVRY (dpa-AFX) - French retailer and wholesaler Carrefour (0NPH.L, CRRFY.PK, CRERF.PK, CA.PA) said on Monday it had signed an agreement with Colruyt (EFC1.F, COLR.BR) to acquire Codifrance, which specializes in affiliation and convenience food distribution. The deal values the company at an enterprise value of €152 million.
