Nvidia reportedly asks HBM suppliers to use TSMC 3nm process

Seoul Economic Daily reports Nvidia asked Samsung, SK Hynix and other next-generation HBM suppliers to use TSMC's 3nm process for custom high-bandwidth memory chips.
