Tagehus Plans SEK 1.0B Green Bond, Launches Note Tender
Tagehus contemplates issuing approximately SEK 1.0 billion of three-year senior unsecured green bonds under an approximately SEK 1.5 billion framework. It launched a conditional cash tender for SEK 750 million of its 2024/2027 notes at 101.4% plus accrued interest; early redemption of any remainder is expected on 17 December 2026.
Tagehus is considering issuing approximately SEK 1.0B of 3-year senior unsecured green bonds under an approximately SEK 1.5B framework. It has also launched a conditional cash tender for its SEK 750M 2024/2027 notes at 101.4%, plus accrued interest. Any notes remaining are expected to be redeemed early on 17 Dec 2026.
