Samsung Reportedly to Use TSMC 3nm Process for NVHBM Base Dies

Samsung has decided to use TSMC’s 3-nanometer process for NVHBM base dies at Nvidia’s request, according to Korean media cited by analyst Jukan. Samsung has not ruled out using its own foundry lines and is assessing that option, Odaily reports.
