Navigator Holdings Sets Nov. 16 Vote on England and Wales Redomiciliation

Navigator Holdings entered a merger agreement to redomicile to England and Wales. Each common share would convert into one New Parent ordinary share; the new UK parent plans to list on the NYSE under NVGS.
