Saltire Sets Dec. 15 Vote on Issuing More Than 25% New Shares

Saltire Capital obtained conditional TSX approval and scheduled a Dec. 15, 2026 special meeting to vote on converting SanStone minority shares into Saltire common shares. The proposed issuance would exceed 25% of new shares, with more than 10% going to insiders, subject to TSX listing requirements.
