Etoiles Capital completes Nevada domestication with 1:1 share conversion

The company completed its move from the Cayman Islands to Nevada. Effective Oct. 19, 2026, each Class A ordinary share converts one-for-one into common stock; trading remains suspended and is expected to resume on Nasdaq under EFTY.
