Update on Sentiance At the end of the AGM the following update was given to shareholders on progress during 2026 at AAA’s principal investment asset, Sentiance NV (‘Sentiance’). AAA currently holds 63.3% of Sentiance’s issued share capital.

As has been previously stated (see June 2025 announcement), the overarching objective of AAA’s Board is to facilitate the growth of Sentiance through the provision of capital and management oversight, to the point where a market listing or sale of the business will enable shareholders to reap the benefits of their investment in AAA. The update published in May this year described the business of Sentiance and outlined developments in the previous year. This update covers events since then and explains how changes introduced in the last quarter of 2025 (and further refined during 2026) have had a positive impact on Sentiance’s results.

In the last month, Sentiance has signed three new anchor contracts: Contract 1: an extension for up to three years of Sentiance’s largest current client, covering a multi-brand rollout across their gig economy delivery platforms throughout the world. This is Sentiance’s largest contract to date. Contract 2: a new three-year contract for crash detection on a gig economy delivery platform, expected to bring up to 600,000 new monthly active users (‘MAUs’).

Contract 3: in conjunction with a global consulting group, a new multi-year contract was agreed with one of the world’s largest car manufacturers to help it drive engagement and consumer loyalty The terms of these contracts reflect a more rigorous commercial discipline introduced following the appointments in late 2025 of CEO Marijan Mumdziev and CFO Simon Vanderheyden. The restructured team that they have created has brought tighter customer profile qualification and a highly targeted and curated pipeline. Sentiance has signed 12 new customers to date in 2026, with the median new deal size 55% larger than in 2025.

The 2026 new customers are of larger, enterprise-grade accounts. The anchor deals referred to above were contracted using new commercial terms which Sentiance intends to incorporate into a new standard contract. Together they underpin the projected income for Sentiance’s gig and platform business segment, which has seen zero customer churn this year. This has resulted in usage double of that a year ago, with MAUs in August reaching 825,000.

Sentiance has also made year-on-year step improvements in its products and technology, with significant improvements in crash detection accuracy and transport mode recognition and clearer identification of poor motorcycling habits. Sentiance passed its 2026 external certification audit and is now certified to ISO 27001:2022 and ISO 27701:2025. Negotiations continue in North America and Asia with global companies for multiple applications of Sentiance’s core Edge technology, with its inherent privacy capabilities. These potential deals cover not just the gig and insurance industries but other new vertical markets.

The flexibility of its technology allows Sentiance to move into different markets without intensive capital investment and gives Sentiance the key to growth in 2027 and beyond.
