Exclusive: HW Kaufman promotes seven executives across US

By Mia MacGregor Oct 15 (The Insurer) — HW Kaufman Group has promoted seven executives across its US operations following its 2026 Kaufman Leadership Meeting in San Diego. Jamie Bonner was promoted to senior vice president of human resources from corporate vice president, while O'Neil Franso was named senior vice president of operations, also from corporate vice president. Shelby Zgnilec was promoted to senior vice president from corporate vice president. Jeannie Reilly was appointed associate vice president of carrier relations, having previously served as senior director of carrier relations. Tracy Markowski was promoted to vice president, RB Jones, from director, hub and liability. At Burns & Wilcox, Obie Scott was promoted to managing director, Sacramento from associate managing director.
