Bank of Italy hikes the Italian 2026 GDP growth forecast to 1% from 0.6% estimate made in June, raises 2027 forecast to 0.7% from 0.4%.

The Italian economy will grow by 1% this year and 0.7% in 2027, the country's central bank said on Friday, hiking previous estimates but also revising up its outlook for inflation.
