Josef Blazicek, Paul Neumann, Karl Astecker and Dr Rudolf Knünz have stepped down from their posts. Burim Mirakaj, Luc Penninckx, Klaudius Heda and Gerd Renner have been appointed as new members. The employee representatives Maria Caldarelli and André Krüger remain on the board.
